📢 How notifications work

The system checks your favorite players’ ranks approximately every hour against your configured thresholds.

• Threshold rank: Enter a rank (e.g. 100) and choose when to be notified:
  • Or better: the rank is equal to or better than the threshold, e.g. rank 100 or better.
  • Or worse: the rank is equal to or worse than the threshold, e.g. rank 100 or worse.
  A notification can be sent at the next check when the condition is met and the channel’s cooldown has expired. The same condition does not trigger another notification until the player leaves the range and meets the condition again.
• Notify if a player disappears: An email can be sent when the player is missing at two consecutive checks. Checks run approximately every hour. This notification type is sent by email.

Settings apply per favorite player and are managed through the gear icon. Choose a rank condition and enable email or Discord for that player.

Email rank notifications have an account-wide cooldown shared by all favorite players. The next possible send time is shown under Notification Status.

Discord rank notifications have a separate account-wide cooldown shared by all favorite players. Multiple notifications may be combined in one message.

💡 Enable your preferred channels under Profile → Global Settings and for each favorite player. For Discord, also enter and verify your Discord ID in your profile.
