• Public leaderboard data from Blizzard's Hearthstone rankings (e.g. battletags, scores, ranks).
• User account data if you sign in: this includes your email address, login provider (e.g. Google), and saved preferences like notification settings and favorite players.
• Visitor statistics are collected anonymously to measure traffic and detect bots. No personally identifiable information is stored.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide core features like player tracking, personalized favorites, email notifications, and visitor statistics. Your email is used only to send the alerts you configure and is never shared or sold.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing.

3. Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies for login sessions and CSRF protection. These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising or tracking.

4. Email Notifications

If you opt in, we may send email alerts based on your configured thresholds. These are sent at most once every 6 hours per player to respect your inbox.

5. Third-Party Services

We use authentication providers such as Google, Twitch, Discord and Facebook. These providers may share your email and username with us after login. We also use One.com for hosting and email infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

Leaderboard data is stored indefinitely for historical purposes. Email addresses and login data are stored as long as your account is active or until you request deletion. Visitor stats are stored anonymously for traffic analytics.

7. Your Rights

You may request to delete your account and all associated data at any time via the profile page or by contacting contact@hsleaderboard.com. We will comply within 30 days.

8. Security

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure. Sensitive data like passwords are never stored.
